How to delete
- Open Eva Split on the web at evasplit.com/receipt-split, or in the iOS or Android app, and sign in.
- Open My account.
- Choose Delete account and type DELETE.
- If asked, sign in again (password, Google, or Apple). Sign in with Apple always re-confirms so we can revoke the Apple credential.
If you cannot sign in, email evasplitinfo@gmail.com from the address on the account.
What deletion removes
- Your Firebase Authentication user.
- Receipts you created, including stored photos and receipts you have already shared by link. Anyone with those links loses access.
- Receipt groups you created.
- Your profile, including saved payment handles.
What deletion does not do
- It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Eva Split Pro in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Billing continues until you cancel there.
- It does not reset this month’s free-scan count for your email.
